Professional and Scientific Council seminar series
"Understanding the University's Budget Model," Rachel Boenigk, senior manager of Student Affairs budget and finance. Universities utilize Responsibility Centered Management model (RCM) to fund and allocate expenses to subdivisions based on their revenue. This presentation will provide a basic explanation of the university's budget model and compare it to other budget models.
