** This 3-part workshop series will take place from 1:10 - 4:00 p.m. in 2300 Marston Hall on the following days: Tuesday, June 27, Wednesday, June 28 and Thursday, June 29** "The research-based flipped classroom and team-based learning (TBL)," an increasingly-popular form of flipped-classroom where small-group learning that can be implemented effectively in small or large classes.

Memorial Service: Professor Emeritus Riad G. Mahayni
A public memorial service for Riad G. Mahayni, FAICP, professor emeritus and former chair of the ISU Department of Community and Regional Planning. Mahayni, 75, died Friday, June 23, at Israel Family Hospice House in Ames following a courageous battle with cancer. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dr. Riad Mahayni Civic Planning Award scholarship fund at Iowa State.
