Explore ways to creatively tap into your own compassion by gently opening the heart and mind through mindfulness practices, and writing the Japanese character for compassion with brush and sumi ink. McCabe teaches Buddhist philosophy, meditation, yoga, and calligraphy. He is fully ordained in the Soto Zen tradition.
