Pride Week kickoff and social
Join all of Iowa State's LGBTQA+ student organizations/interest groups, departments and associations at our first annual Pride Week Kickoff and Social. The kickoff will include light refreshments, highlights for each of the upcoming Pride Week events and information about each of the LGBTQA+ organizations at Iowa State.

George Washington Carver Life and Legacy Symposium
Most historians believe Carver was born in 1864, making this year the 150th since his birth. The daylong symposium will celebrate Carver's legacy and discuss how to recruit and retain students who can build on it.

Argentine Tango Practica (Class)
This Milonga (dance party) is a multi-level class with lots of time to enjoy the music and dance. Be prepared to meet royalty as our kings and queens gather together to put on a show for everyone. Come see our proud royals dance and lip sync for your enjoyment. Proceeds will be donated to help our community. The LGBTA Alliance will also be selling T-shirts.
