At this initial meeting, the committee will receive its formal charge, discuss the scheduling of public listening sessions about qualities needed by the next president, and talk about next steps.

Open house: ISU Dairy Farm
A celebration of dairy month. Tours will be given every 30 minutes beginning at 6:30 a.m. and ending at 10:30 a.m. Stops include the milking parlor, milk house and dairy barns.

Artist reception: Joe Patrick and the Architecture of Impermanence
Join us in celebrating Joe Patrick and the exhibition Parallels: The Architecture of Impermanence currently on view in the Brunnier Art Museum. In his paintings, Joe Patrick finds his inspiration in the Oaxacan marketplaces he has been visiting for nearly 40 years, and in his portrait drawings he depicts moments in time upon the faces of many friends in both Iowa and Mexico.
