Informational Meeting: Udall Scholarship
The Udall Foundation, federal agency, awards 60 scholarships of up to $7,000 to college students of outstanding potential who are committed to careers related to the environment, tribal public policy, or Native American health care. The meeting will describe the scholarship, application procedures and the process by which ISU will select candidates for endorsement.
Homecoming: Open house and pep rally
Celebrate Homecoming with food, cash bar, giveaways and games. The pep rally starts at 7 p.m., featuring the marching band and spirit squad, coaches, student-athletes, Yell-Like-Hell finals and Cardinal Court.

Homecoming: Cyclone Central Tailgate
Official tailgate at the Alumni Center begins three hours before every home football game and closes 30 minutes prior to kickoff.

Take your bead-making tot he next level! Learn to create colorful strands of twisted glass using the torch. Practice making a multitude of designs and incorporating them into your glass beads.

Walk-in Argentine Tango
This Milonga (dance party) is a multi-level class with lots of time to enjoy the music and dance. From 4-5pm, moves for beginners are introduced with a different figure each week along with techniques for dancing better. From 5-7pm, the dance floor is yours for dancing under the guidance of Valerie and working with different partners. An intermediate level figure will also be introduced during this time.

Workshop: Sustaining Academic Pipeline
Workshop Two: "Promotion and Tenure: Recruitment and Retention of Faculty of Color." Speakers at the event will include: Jonathan Wickert, senior vice president and provost; and Gong-Soog Hong, professor in human development and family studies. All are welcome to attend this five-part workshop series.
Cyclone Club Luncheon
Featured speaker is women's basketball head coach Bill Fennelly; emceed by Voice of the Cyclones John Walters. Luncheons are open to the public, with an opportunity to ask questions, meet Iowa State head coaches and win prize drawings. An optional lunch, catered by Hy-Vee, is available. Doors open at 11:30 a.m.
United Way Cupcake Contest, Sale and Social
Homemade cupcakes will be judged on texture, flavor, aroma and general appearance. They will be sold for $2 each with proceeds going to the College of Design's United Way of Story County campaign.
