Bring in jeans, a jacket, or anything denim to reconstruct. Distress and make cut-offs. Add fabric or embroidery. Stitch on patches, whether there's a hole or not. Bring a little boho-gypsy-folk into your wardrobe for spring.

Miniature Book Making

Using recycled papers and fabrics, we will play with traditional methods of bookbinding to create miniature handmade books. Typically smaller than 6 inches, these mini treasures can be used as pocket sketchbooks, tiny scrapbooks, haiku poetry journals, hidden diaries, or even tomes for gnomes. Leave class with the skllls to make larger books on your own.
