Expanding Diversity Perspectives: A Curriculum Development Workshop
The ISU College of Design will host this workshop to address pedagogical strategies that foster appreciation for and commitment to honoring diversity, equity and inclusion within and beyond the classroom and studio. The workshop will be led by Geneva Gay, professor of education at the University of Washington-Seattle, who is internationally known for her scholarship on multicultural education and culturally responsive teaching.

"The 'What' and 'Why' of Accessibility." Increase awareness about the overall accessibility needs of diverse users; provide information on campus and online resources to address accessibility needs of diverse users; Increase awareness about the legal landscape.
