ISU Theatre: "Sweeney Todd"
08 Nov 2009, 2:00 PM @ Fisher Theater - When Sweeney Todd returns to London after 15 years of unjust imprisonment in Australia, his landlady, Mrs. Lovett, tells him that his wife poisoned herself after being raped by the judge who condemned him to exile. Sweeney Todd vows revenge and Mrs. Lovett finds a way to increase her sales of meat pies. With music by Stephen Sondheim, this musical won the Tony for Best Musical. Event held in cooperation with ISU Music. Cost: Adults $19, seniors $17, students $12. Tickets available through Stephens Box Office, TicketMaster, or at the door.
