Registration Begins for sophomores: Summer 2012, Fall 2012
First day of assigned Summer 2012 and Fall 2012 registration dates for students projected as sophomores. Hours for AccessPlus registration are 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday-Saturday, and most Sundays.
Iowa Local Food Summit
Creating a vibrant local food system in Iowa relies on strong partnerships and effective working relationships. We need all voices at the table. The Local Food and Farm Plan Team looks forward to having a diverse gathering from various sectors of the local food economy. We want to celebrate the successes and address the challenges and obstacles that still exist. A local foods dinner is at 6 p.m.
Open forum: Residence department's associate director for facilities candidate, Todd Sirotiak
The Department of Residence has named four finalists for its associate director for facilities position. An open forum is planned for each candidate. All are invited to attend.
Tuesday Tea at the Farm House Museum
Come to the Farm House Museum to enjoy tea and conversation about all things Farm House. Mark your calendar from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm the first Tuesday of every month (Feb. - May) and enjoy the 150 year old structure in a whole new way. Check the University Museums website to learn what the discussion topic will be. Can't make it at noon? The Farm House will be serving tea from 12 to 4 pm so stop in any time.
Faculty Senate meeting
The Faculty Senate represents the general faculty of Iowa State University and participates in shared governance of the University with the administration. Senate meetings are open to the public and adjourn at 5 p.m.
