Town hall: Role of the chief diversity officer
The committee searching for ISU's chief diversity officer seeks input on the role of the diversity officer. The committee will use ideas collected through a series of town hall meetings to develop a job description.

Lecture: Who Has the Right to the City? Design and Public Space in Contemporary Citites
Prague-based architect and educator Osamu Okamura, program director of the reSITE international festival in Prague, will address the state of urban planning in Central and Eastern Europe and highlight some of the emerging platforms--like reSITE--for designers to effect change through society, the media and public administration. Oil Painting Class
Become comfortable using oil paint, and gain confidence in color mixing, composition, and paint application. It is meant for both beginners who have never painted before and more experienced painters who would like to try a new perspective and get a chance to paint with others. Students will share supplies.
Beginning Belly Dance
A Three Pillars Delsarte based approach to Middle Eastern Belly Dance in the style of award winning performer Shiara. This class teaches the basic movements of belly dance with a specific focus and detailed exploration each week. Walk-ins welcome!
CEAH Fellowship: The Roots of American Environmentalism
Matthew Sivils, CEAH fellow, will provide a brief overview of the texts of some of the most influential 18th and 19th century naturalist-explorers, such as Mark Catesby, Alexander Wilson and John James Audubon. The program will be followed by a viewing of rare natural history volumes housed in Special Collections.

Aaron Carter
Aaron Carter became an international pop sensation at the age of 10 and went on to release several hit singles and multiplatinum albums as well as appear in film, television and on Broadway. Carter recently finished a successful North American tour performing songs he made famous during the past 15 years.
Intermediate Belly Dance
Continue your Belly Dance addiction with Shiara with A Three Pillars Delsarte based approach to Middle Eastern Belly Dance in the style of award winning performer Shiara.
