I attempt to review the claims made in this paper of a possible Earth Mass planet in the habitable zone. This is the 6th planet found in this system and while the signal is weak there are plenty of statistical arguments made for its acceptance. The authors also make claims to its habitability and reference what its discovery means for the number of possible habitable planets in the small area near our solar system.
