Local foods dinner to raise grant funds for local artists. Grant proposal forms are on the AgArts website.

The food served at dinner will be donated by local farmers, gardeners and chefs.

Artists will present one-page proposals detailing a project of their choice. Artists are encouraged to create projects that explore an agricultural/food theme or have a tie to the local community. Projects should enhance the cultural climate of the Ames Cultureshed.

Dinner attendees will vote on the two best proposals presented in the evening and the successful artists will split the admission gate. Artists will return at future dinners to perform, display, or report on the execution of their projects.
