Dr. Maureen McCue is the Iowa Coordinator for Physicians for Social Responsibility and a lead author on the Iowa Coal Health Mapping Study. She is an adjunct professor of global health at the University of Iowa with a specialty in epidemiology. Live Green! Sustainability Series.

Dr. Maureen McCue was a collaborating researcher on Recalibrating the Law of Humans with the Laws of Nature: Climate Change, Human Rights, and Intergenerational Justice, published by the Vermont Law School. McCue is an adjunct professor of global health at the University of Iowa with a specialty in epidemiology. She was a founding member of the University of Iowa Global Health Studies Program as well as the university's Center for Human Rights. Her international work organizing forums on cross cultural, global health and women's health issues has taken her to the former Soviet Union, Nicaragua, Cuba, Ecuador, Haiti, India and Bangladesh.
