The artists include Emily Popham, violin; April Johnson, violin; Ynez Lynch, viola; Adam Grabois, cello; Kurt Muroki, double bass; Melvin Kaplan, oboe; Allen Blustine, clarinet; and Elizabeth Metcalfe, piano.
The program features Mozart's Quintet in A Major for clarinet and strings (K. 581) and Schubert's "Trout" Quintet, as well as Prokofiev's Quintet for oboe, clarinet and strings.
With more than 250 works in their repertoire, the Chamber Soloists have made a valuable contribution to the musical life of this country, and have helped to expand the audience for chamber music.
