The Hood Internet (Mash-up DJs) 12:30-2am
The Hood Internet, a Chicago-formed mashup crew consisting of Aaron Brink (a.k.a. ABX) and Steve Reidell (a.k.a. STV SLV) came to fame thanks to their genre-jumping mixes. Specializing most notably with mashups of hip hop with indie rock, The Hood Internet also runs a blog of the same name through which they release music. Their debut album Feat was released in October 2012 and features appearances by A.C. Newman, Astronautalis, Cadence Weapon, and Class Actress, among others.
