Columbus, Ohio-based Twenty One Pilots have earned widespread applause for their energetic live sets and distinctive fusion of piano-driven schizoid pop with elements of hip-hop, rock and punk. No strangers to the road, Twenty One Pilots have built a fervent national following via their electrifying live performances at countless headline shows and tours.

The band made its Fueled By Ramen debut with a new EP titled Three Songs in summer 2012 and quickly followed that up with their full-length album Vessel released in January 2013. Singles including "Holding On To You," "House of Gold" and "Car Radio" have received significant radio airplay and acclaim. The duo also recently performed at the 2014 MTV Movie Awards and on Late Night with Seth Meyers.

Tickets are $30 ($20 with an ISU student ID) and will be on sale Friday, May 2 at 10am online via www.midwestix.com. A 3% MidwesTIX fee is applied to all online purchases. All tickets are additionally subject to a $2 MidwesTIX service fee.

The concert is sponsored by the Iowa State University Student Union Board (SUB), a student-run programming board that organizes cultural, recreational, educational, social, and entertainment activities and events throughout the academic year.
