Basis Light-front Quantization (BLFQ) is a Hamiltonian-based nonperturbative approach to quantum field theory. In this talk I introduce the formalism of BLFQ through the application to a physical electron in QED. I specifically demonstrate the evaluation of electron anomalous magnetic moment and its generalized parton distribution functions (GPDs).
