Hear how colleagues engage faculty in continuous improvement. Maria Fernandez and Jeff Suarez-Grant, Instructional Designers, California State University - Los Angeles, will show you how to sneak quality assurance into faculty development and help instructors design quality courses even before deciding to teach online.

You'll learn how to ensure quality through consistent exposure to LMS templates and workshops infused with QM (Quality Matters) principles while avoiding a prescriptive approach to course design.

Maria Fernandez, a QM Peer Reviewer, supports faculty in the Center for Effective Teaching and Learning at Cal State LA with over 20 years of experience in Instructional Technology. Maria continues to help faculty create effective learning solutions for online, on-site, and blended environments.

Jeff Suarez-Grant supports faculty in redesigning face-to-face and online courses. His special interests include the design of multimedia-based content. An adult educator on the side, he has taught digital imaging for over seven years.

Webinar promoted by Quality Matters (QM) - Iowa State University subscribes to QM.
