Join Reiman Gardens' Horticulturist Jessie Liebenguth for a special presentation about the work of Gertrude Jekyll, a significant late 19th century horticulturist whose Arts & Crafts approach to garden design has made a lasting impression on gardeners the world over.

Also a talented painter, photographer, writer, and craftswoman, her attention to detail and color changed the face of home and professional gardening with a focus on individual attention to plant color, culture, and foliage.

Learn about her work and legacy through the lens of Jessie's own design of the Campanile Garden display, Colour & the Cottage Garden, in bloom this summer at Reiman Gardens.

Preregistration with prepayment required by Friday, July 29. Cost is $12 for members and $15 for the general public. Iowa State University students receive 15% off the member price for most education programs at Reiman Gardens.
