A manager's communication style is central to creating and maintaining a positive work environment. Everything DiSC Management is a great tool to managers and their employees learn how to add value to their organization and create or strengthen a positive work environment. Participants learn their strengths and challenges as managers and how to meet the needs of the people they manage.
