Meets Mondays, March 6, March 13, March 20, and March 27 from 6:00 - 8:30 p.m.
This class covers the basics of photography including equipment and how to use it, depth of field, aperture, light, composition, finding your subject as well as tips and tricks. Each class is broken into three parts: classroom discussion, hands-on practice taking pictures by the students and review of the images taken.
You will need to bring the following to each class: your DSLR camera & sturdy tripod. This class is the prerequisite for many other photography classes offered at Reiman Gardens.
Preregistration with prepayment is required by Monday, February 27. Register early - this class fills up fast! Cost is $76 for members, $95 for the general public, and $64.60 for Iowa State University students.
