The measurement of B-tagged jets is one of main goals of sPHENIX program. Heavy quark jets are observables most sensitive to collisional energy loss in the quark-gluon plasma medium and they will enable to disentangle different parton energy loss mechanisms. Excellent tracking capability and Distance of Closest Approach (DCA) resolution < 100 um are mandatory for successful measurement and the Monolithic Active Pixel Sensor (MAPS) technology is expected to meet this challenging requirement. This talk will present my work on MAPS sensors and tracking software for b-tagged jet measurements at sPHENIX in future.
