I will describe a natural generalization of the usual Two-Higgs-Doublet Model with color-octet scalar. After describing the motivations for such a model, I will then describe the experimental facts that constrain this model. A prominent impact of the color-octet scalar on near term results at the LHC will likely be on the decays of the observed 126GeV Higgs state to two photons and two gluons which I will discuss in detail.
