The relationship between SF and Gas-Accretion in nearby galaxies will be discussed. GALEX FUV and Spitzer 24 micron IR will be used to trace recent SF. CO and HI will be used to trace molecular and atomic gas. Star Forming Efficiencies (SF/Gas-Accretion) will be examined for Symmetric (quiescent), Asymmetric (accreting), and Interacting (tidally disturbed) galaxies.
