Conference: Enhance Your Iowa Plate

Recycled T-shirt Rugs with Judith Lemish
Find a use for all those t-shirts stuffed in your drawer! Students will learn to make a shag rug using rug canvas and knotting, as well as an easy woven rug using a simple loom. Spruce up your room in a "green" way. Bring 25 - 30 t-shirts to class with you.

Photo Field Trip: Ada Hayden Heritage Park with Luke Healey
Join photographer Luke Healey on a field trip to hone your picture taking abilities and take your photography to a new level. The first class will meet at Ada Hayden, where students can shoot and interact with the instructor and classmates. In addition to the lake, Ada Hayden features prairie, wetland and woodland that are a haven for wildlife. Walk the trails, discover the medicine wheel, and catch action shots kayaking and fishing.
Public meeting: Campustown redevelopment
At this public input session, members of the community are invited to share thoughts and ideas about redevelopment of the area south of campus. The meeting will be led by representatives of Kansas City-based LANE4 Property Group, the master developer recently selected to partner with the City of Ames and Iowa State.
Ballroom dance lessons
This beginning social ballroom class meets twice weekly (Thursdays and Fridays) for six weeks. First lesson is free; no partner required.

Last day to change a Session II course from Pass/Not Pass to grade without it counting toward the total allowable P/NP credits used for graduation.
Change to graded basis: Session I course
Last day to change a Session I course to or from Pass/Not Pass. Courses changed to graded basis after May 21 count toward the total allowable P/NP credits used for graduation.
