Rent-a-Puppy fund-raiser
Sigma Lambda Gamma sorority fund-raiser. "Rent" and play with a shelter dog within a designated area on the south Campanile lawn for a half hour for only $10 ($15 for groups up to three). All dogs are from a local animal shelter.
Start Somewhere Walk: 1K
Kickoff for the state of Iowa's 5-year "Healthiest State Initiative." Residents across the state are asked to show their commitment by getting out for a 1K walk. Use these maps for local and campus walks to select a route.
Stuff the Bus
Ninth Annual Stuff the Bus event. All food items and monetary donations will be distributed to the Mid-Iowa Community Action resource center. These contributions assist nearly 350 families in need throughout the Story County area each month.

Reiman Gardens will again transform into a bit of a Japanese paradise as it hosts the Annual Iowa Fall Bonsai Show on October 8 and 9.
Stuff the Bus
Ninth Annual Stuff the Bus event. All food items and monetary donations will be distributed to the Mid-Iowa Community Action resource center. These contributions assist nearly 350 families in need throughout the Story County area each month.
Art Show: Watercolors in the Garden
Participants will showcase their art created in the Watercolors in the Garden class. The pieces focus on the figure in the landscape taking inspiration from tree and bonsai.
