"Listening Around : Listening In" is the theme for the 2010 Lipa Festival of Contemporary Music. Guest composer Elainie Lillios will present music created by placing electronic and natural sounds in Ambisonic sound space, surrounding the audience. Sonja Giles will premier "Among Fireflies" by Dr. Lillios. Other works include "Rainsticks" performed by Matthew Coley, vibraphone and electronics.
