There will be demonstrations on how to make your own salad dressing and canning and preservation methods. Food Science Club will be busting myths about food science and Nutrition Club will have information on how to eat healthy.

Ted Goebel is an archaeologist who studies the Ice Age dispersal of modern humans to the Americas. He conducts fieldwork primarily in Siberia, Alaska, and the intermountain west of the United States and has investigated archaeological sites dating back to 50,000 years ago. He has excavated important archaeological sites that contain some of the earliest evidence of humans in Beringia. Sigma Xi Series
