Film: Rashomon
Coordinated in conjunction with the temporary sculpture exhibit titled Chuck Ginnever: Rashomon on view in the Food Sciences courtyard, University Museums is showing the seminal Japanese film Rashomon, directed by Akira Kurosawa. Film is unrated with adult themes and content.

Art Walk: A Celebration of Artful Integration
Join University Museums Interpretation Specialist David Faux as we continue the University Museums' 40th Anniversary celebration by examining one of Iowa State's most uniquely integrated, site specific works of public art, The G-Nome Project by Andrew Leicester.
Artful Yoga
This practice will enrich your yoga experience by going beyond the physical and inviting an artistic perspective to your awareness. This month we will focus on the dynamics of group practice. Please arrive early for a discussion on the month's topic beginning at 5:15. The practice will begin at 5:30. No yoga experience is necessary, but please bring your own mat.

Art and Animals
This is the last week for the exhibition of animal sculptures by Gwynn Murrill in the Christian Petersen Art Museum. To give the Murrill animals a proper send off, educators from the Blank Park Zoo will be bringing a group of live animals, both wild and domestic, to the Christian Petersen Art Museum. Take this opportunity to see the exhibit one more time and pet an alligator while you are here.

Aesthetics of Atmosphere: Weather in Art
Weather and the ever changing sky play significant roles in the rural life of many Iowans and Midwesterners. Ellen Wagener faithfully depicts both the chaos and serenity found in our skies. Dr. William Gallus, Professor of Geological and Atmospheric Sciences, will discuss the many variations that can be found in our skies and how they have inspired creativity in art, in relation to the art of Ellen Wagener.
