Startup Pitch Contest
Students have the chance to describe their business concept or idea in a 90-second elevator pitch to a panel of judges. Overall winner will represent Iowa State at the CEO Conference in Tampa, Florida.

The Women Who Create Conference offers a full day of workshops and speakers aimed at supporting women entrepreneurs (8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.), followed by the SheTalks community cocktail reception that will showcase six inspiring storytellers (4:30-6:30 p.m.).

A community cocktail reception with presentations by six inspiring storytellers -- all women. The format, based on the Japanese PechaKucha style, allows speakers to show 20 slides, each for 20 seconds. The theme is "Women Who Create."
