Fall lab safety summit
The Environmental Health and Safety fall lab safety summit, "Nothing Halts Research Like Combustion," will begin at 7:45 a.m. with refreshments, followed by discussion from 8-9 a.m. Researchers, lab supervisors and personnel, and department heads are encouraged to attend. ISU Theatre Production of "Orpheus Descending"
In Greek myth, Orpheus could charm anyone with the power of his music. Even in Hades, his music softened hearts and he was allowed to leave the Underworld with the woman he loved. Tennessee Williams creates an Orpheus who is a wild-spirited young man who plays a guitar. He wanders into small southern town where he discovers he is not the only person who longs for escape and freedom. Warning: Contains offensive language.
Legally Blonde: The Musical
OMG! Ames goes BLONDE! The First National Tour of Legally Blonde: The Musical will begin performances at Stephens Auditorium in Ames for a night of fun that shouldn't be legal!
