This Milonga is a multi-level class with lots of time to enjoy the music and dance. From 4-5pm moves for beginners are introduced with a different figure each week along with techniques for dancing better. From 5-7pm the dance floor is yours for dancing under the guidance of Valerie and working with different partners. An intermediate level figure will also be introduced during this time. Wear dancing shoes, smooth-soled shoes, or socks.

Chitra Rajan, an associate vice president for research; and Krishna Rajan, Wilkinson Professor of Interdisciplinary Engineering with joint appointments in the materials science and engineering department and the Bioinformatics and Computational Biology program, are leaving Iowa State. No program is planned during this open house.
In this 4-week course taught by artist, Yvonne Brune, you'll work with oil pastels as well as soft pastels on a variety of papers that can add texture or color to your painting.

"Painting" bisque is a fun and relaxing activity that can be done solo or with a group of friends. Enjoy two for one studio fees tonight. Studio fee is $4 for ISU and $5 for public to attend plus the cost of the bisque you select.
This is a 6 week course on Thursdays beginning June 25, July 2, July 9, July 16, July 23, and July 30 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. In this 6-week course, you'll learn a variety of social dances in a beautiful garden setting, from one of the best instructors Ames has to offer! No experience necessary.
