Simple dresses made out of pillowcases provide relief and hope for the children of Africa. We will provide the supplies, but can use the hands of volunteers to assist with making the dresses. From cutting fabric and ironing to sewing, there is a place for anyone who has an hour or two to spare. Drop in to our community studio to help another community of children in the orphanages of Central Africa. www.littledressesforafrica.org

Shiara is well-known for her music interpretation and interesting use of body accents in her dancing. Take a look at the creative process and how she develops choreography as you explore a piece of music together and talk about how the movements were chosen. Afterwards, students will learn the dance routine that they've been exploring, analyzing and discussing. This is an intermediate level class.
