Marquart will discuss the process of writing poems and songs, and demonstrate how the band adapts auditory landscapes for her performance poems.

Learn basic leatherworking and jewelry-making techniques while repurposing vintage objects into wearable art. You will learn to cut, stamp, and emboss leather for the first bracelet, and how to stamp, cut, and attach metal to leather in the second. The final project will be drilling and dapping a series of coins to create a charm style bracelet. All supplies are included, but you are welcome to bring in special coins for the last bracelet.

Discover the versatility of acrylic - a water-soluble medium that dries quickly. Learn basic color theory as well as painting from both life and photographs. Techniques will include monochromatic painting, full color application, and glazing. For beginning painters or those with some experience wanting to expand their skills.

Rooted in realism with a display of raw quality, the show's message is both timeless and relevant. The stories are wrapped in circus acrobatics, mechanical wonders and a bit of clowning around.
