Palan is an associate professor of marketing and the associate dean for undergraduate programs in the College of Business. She has been appointed dean of the Haworth College of Business, Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo.

Cigar Box Guitars were important in the rise of Jug Bands and the Blues. Eimer will guide you through the fabrication keeping in mind the musical elements that will make it tunable. Leave with a playable, great looking guitar with a maple neck. No previous woodshop experience is necessary.
Wheel Pottery with Greg Lamont
A multi-level class for both beginners and those with basic experience. Greg has been teaching at the Workspace for many years and is excellent in technical instruction and functional ware. Students will be guided through all aspects of forming bowls, mugs, vases and more on the pottery wheel. Learn hand-pulling, glazing and finishing techniques.
