This is a 3 week course on Saturdays beginning May 16, May 23, & June 6 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. With a method similar to batik, you will draw patterns on real eggs with wax, protecting the covered areas from the dye that is applied. By repeating this process with different colors of dye, you will be able to build multi-colored patterns. Finally, the wax is removed to reveal a rainbow of colors that were covered up at each stage.
