This practice will enrich your yoga experience by going beyond the physical and inviting an artistic perspective to your awareness. This month we will focus on introspection and identity in our practice. Please arrive early for a discussion on the month's topic beginning at 5:15. The practice will begin at 5:30. Youth Program: Plant Pals
Join us and cultivate a real garden at Reiman Gardens. We will learn about and grow lots of vegetables, pumpkins, tomatoes and sunflowers, as well as beautiful flowers. Each session has hands-on activities to interact with all the wonderful plants that we enjoy and eat. Classes are great for kids of all ages to participate in with an adult.

Reception: SEASONS of Iowa State book signing
Produced by the ISU Alumni Association, a new 128-page hard-bound book, SEASONS of Iowa State University, captures the four seasons on campus. In addition to photography by Jim Heemstra, SEASONS contains Iowa State history, art, architecture, landscape, and environment. The event includes book signing, hors d'oeuvres and cash bar. Attendees can register to win a free book and print.

Comedy Night w/ Tanisha Long
Tanisha is West Philadelphia born and raised. In her Mom's apartment is where she spent most of her days (seriously). She moved to NYC in 2006 to study acting and soon discovered that she was completely obsessed with being a weirdo and making people laugh. She then began to study improv and acting at UCB, The PIT, The Philly Improv Theater and Michael Howard Studio.
