Research Workshop: Submission software training

The Office for Responsible Research will transition to a new electronic system for submission, review, and maintenance of Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) and Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) applications.

Faculty, Staff and Student Veteran Meet and Greet

The faculty, staff and student veteran meet and greet is planned as a part of the Veterans Learning Community, but all student veterans and family members are invited. The purpose of the event is to provide an opportunity for students to meet and network with faculty and staff from across ISU. This is a come and go event; feel free to stop by. RSVP is appreciated.

Learn the fundamentals of woodworking equipment while creating a tool carrier.

Before winter break, sign up for a time slot and pick up audition materials outside of 0310 Carver. Prepare 1-2 minutes of a song from the show, choosing a selection from the choices provided. Roles available for 12-15 men and 12-15 women. Performance dates are April 5-8 in Fisher Theater.

An opening reception for special collections and university archives spring exhibit, "Do[ing] Their Bit: Iowa's Role in the Great War." Library dean Beth McNeil will give opening remarks, with an introduction by special collections and university archives Petrina Jackson. Guest speakers Jack Lufkin and Mark Heggen will show and discuss, "Deeds Not Words," their video about the World War I Black Officers Training Camp at Fort Des Moines.
