This workshop is intended to help faculty identify sources of bias -- explicit and implicit-- in their interactions with students, colleagues and community members, and develop mechanisms for addressing unintended bias. It has only two requirements - an inquisitive mind and an electronic device (phone, tablet, laptop) that can connect to the internet. All faculty are invited.
