Research workshop: National Science Foundation Proposal Development (Session 1)
In this session you will learn about the recent changes to NSF Policies and Procedures along with NSF-specific requirements, tips, and tricks for proposal development. This training was created with grant coordinators in mind, but would also be useful for investigators and post-docs who intend to seek NSF funding.
Workshop, Peer review and assessment with Canvas, Google and Qualtrics
Led by Lesya Hassall from CELT and Karla Embleton, the session will focus on the best use case scenarios for Canvas Peer Review, a generic peer review Google form and a peer review Qualtrics process to accommodate peer review of student work and behavior.
Faculty workshop: Documenting Your Research Impact and Increasing Visibility
This session will cover introductory impact metrics and sources (including journal impact factors and altmetrics); identifying who is citing your work and creating reports in Web of Science and Scopus; and methods for increasing scholarly visibility such as Google Scholar and ORCiD profiles, Digital Repository @ISU, and open access publishing.
