This is the third part of a four-part series that looks more closely at the components of the IRB submission process. In this session, participants will learn about the informed consent process, including participant recruitment and the informed consent document. Discussion will center around what's required of you as the researcher, and best practices for designing and administering consent.
Open to anyone seeking employment as a teacher, exploring student teaching options, or looking for ways to enhance their professional communication and networking skills is welcome to participate. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with representatives from school districts and other organizations.
