This Milonga (dance party) is a multi-level class with lots of time to enjoy the music and dance. From 4-5pm, moves for beginners are introduced with a different figure each week along with techniques for better dancing. From 5-7pm, the floor is yours for dancing under the guidance of Valerie Williams, and for working with different partners. An intermediate level figure will also be introduced during this time.
Celina Karp Biniaz is one of the last living survivors of Schindler's List. She will share her story of survival from living a comfortable, middle-class childhood to being forced into a Jewish ghetto and later one of the most infamous Nazi death camps, Auschwitz.

Brian Luke Seaward will outline the connections between good health and resiliency as well as the connections between stress, screen addictions, and poor sleep. He is a faculty member at The Graduate Institute and executive director of the Paramount Wellness Institute.
