This conversation will be a starting place for thinking through how to implement inclusive pedagogy and learner-centered practices into your syllabus. We will discuss strategies for producing a learner-centered syllabus; as well as, the importance of establishing clear expectations and goals, and building rapport and community in your class.

Workshop, Discover the top 10 tips for creating accessible course content
This conversation will discuss the 10 basic strategies for creating accessible course content. Participants will explore the Quality Matters framework, specific approaches to address accessibility/usability and begin to build a timeline for implementing these changes. 'How to' resources will be provided.

Working with IACUC protocols using a-Tune
The Office for Responsible Research, Office of the Attending Veterinarian, and Laboratory Animal Resources are offering software training for researchers who submit IACUC or IBC protocols. Participants will learn how to navigate the new electronic protocol submission system, a-tune. Training topics will include creating and submitting a protocol, and, for animal users of LAR, how to order animals and manage animal records.
