To celebrate effective teaching, advising, and mentoring, the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT) partners with ISU Learning Communities, Multicultural Student Affairs, Student Government, and Graduate and Professional Student Senate for the annual recognition project #CyThx at Iowa State University.
Join this interactive webinar as we discuss the increasing complexity of student mental health and well-being needs on college campuses. We will explore current data and student needs. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect upon challenges they've experienced in their setting. Finally, we will share both strategic and operational tactics that we all can use.

A live, moderated conversation with Tony Sardella, founder and vice chairman of evolve24, a leader in big data, predictive analytics and strategic decision-making. Sardella also holds an adjunct professor position in the Olin Business School at Washington University, St. Louis, and was inducted as a Laureate of the Smithsonian Institute for his social and economic impact in the field of science and technology. Associate professor of English Abram Anders will introduce narrative-based design methods that support a human-centered approach to creating an innovation strategy and communicating it through mindsets and practices that can impact behavior and performance. Participants will use these methods to explore opportunities and envision innovation strategies for adaptive leadership at ISU.
