So why is EQ-i important? It's all about self-awareness and self-management. This circuit will be led by Alison DePenning and Julie Hass, ISU Extension and Outreach.

The 2021 Pease Family Scholar in Kinesiology Dr. Epsteinâ€™s expertise is focused on health behavior change and determinants of eating, physical activity and drug self-administration. These issues are directly relevant to a university population. Dr. Epstein will explore how aspects of behavior motivate decision making in relation to these issues.
