Lecture: Gardens of the Arts and Crafts Movement
Judith B. Tankard, landscape historian, author, and preservation consultant, will survey the inspirations, characteristics, and development of garden design during the Arts and Crafts Movement.
Songwriter Showcase: The High Crest
The High Crest music is a blend of dueling guitars and powerful harmonies infused with soulful harmonica, resonator guitar and the groove of djembe hand drum. Featuring Kat Darling on vocals, guitar and djembe, and Aaron Earl Short on vocals, guitar, Dobro and harmonica, their roots Americana sound lead into shared storytelling, humor and reflection.
