Professional and Scientific Council seminar series
"Understanding the University's Budget Model," Rachel Boenigk, senior manager of Student Affairs budget and finance. Universities utilize Responsibility Centered Management model (RCM) to fund and allocate expenses to subdivisions based on their revenue. This presentation will provide a basic explanation of the university's budget model and compare it to other budget models.
Workshop: Better Data Management 30+30
A review of five data management practices that prevent future headaches, with education specialist Michelle Zhai. Discussion and questions follow the 30-minute presentation.

Join us in living green and upcycling this summer! Food cans have a coating inside that prevents rust, so they are perfect for making into planters. Choose a tin and one of our snazzy paper designs to decoupage on the surface. We will pre-drill holes in the bottom for drainage.

College Creek Cleanup
Small groups of volunteers will walk through designated sections of the creek along the banks and pick up trash. No time commitment is required; all help is appreciated. Volunteers are requested to register in advance and check in at the Forker Building parking lot.

This Milonga (dance party) is a multi-level class with lots of time to enjoy the music and dance. Classes meet every Sunday and drop-ins are welcome. Purchase a dance punch card and attend as often as your schedule allows. Open to ages 18+.
