Food Insecurity Challenge Kickoff
Students from across disciplines are invited to participate in a team-based challenge (Nov. 6-14) to generate new and innovative solutions to food insecurity. Students may sign up as a team (no more than 6) willing to tackle this challenge.

Innovation Impact Lunch Club
Guest speaker is Jim Oliver, director of the Student Innovation Center, Pithan and University Professor of mechanical engineering. The Student Innovation Center is a place where students can design, fabricate, test, and demonstrate ideas in culinary arts, digital media, composites, electronics, textiles, and more.
