"The Future of Housing Finance and the Public Policy Implications," Richard Swanson, president and CEO of the Federal Home Loan Bank, Des Moines. He will will explore the causes and effects of the recent changes in housing and housing finance and examine key principles that will need to be considered for future housing finance structures.
